Zambia, in southern Africa, is a landlocked country of rugged terrain and diverse wildlife and is known to hold some of Southern Africa’s best leopard viewing in the beautifully rich South Luangwa reserve. On its border with Zimbabwe is famed Victoria Falls – indigenously called Mosi-oa-Tunya, or “ The Smoke That Thunders”. The great falls plunge a misty 108m into the narrow Batoka Gorge.
